Hi, I’m Karlee!
I believe so deeply in the transformative power of movement. Growing up as a dancer, I developed a passion for movement and wellness early on. That, paired with years of running and strength training, provides me with a comprehensive understanding of the moving body and a unique perspective to Pilates instruction. I specialize in supporting individuals with the development of safe and effective movement patterns, enriching their understanding of their bodies and enhancing their overall wellness. My approach combines traditional Pilates techniques with elements of dance, strength training, and modern Pilates variations, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for my clients. I’m committed to cultivating a fun and supportive environment where each of my clients feels empowered to reach their unique fitness goals.
