This collection gives you the freedom to design your own workout based on your fitness goals. Select from a variety of Pilates warm ups, workouts, and cool downs to create your ideal workout each time you log in. These workouts are short but spicy, designed to help you get your sweat on and then get on with your day.

Workout Length: 3-10 minutes per video

Recommended Equipment: Pilates ball, Pilates ring, light-medium resistance bands, light-medium weights, yoga block
(Each video uses different equipment, so don’t worry if you don’t have it all!)
